Delivery
To the UK
All our orders are sent first class recorded and include a tracking number.Your order will need to be signed for so please be aware of this.
The price of our P&P covers not only the postage but the packaging too.
Your order will be sent no longer then 3-4 days after you place your order and we will email you with the tracking number once it has been sent.
All other countries
Any orders sent out of the UK will cost more then the usual amount. Once your order has been placed we will ask you if you would like them sending with a tracking number so you can track your order. For a tracking number we will have to charge you more P&P depending on where your order is going to.
If you choose to not pay for a tracking number then your order will be sent by Airmail and we can not be responsible for the order and for how long it takes to get to yourself.

Delivery of Freeze dried petals
All our petal orders are sent directly from Petals and Roses. They will be sent separatly from your cones. Like your cone orders they will be sent recorded delivery and will have a tracking number and need to be signed for. If you have purchased petals for out of the UK we will have to charge you more P&P to cover the cost. Please email us first for more details so we can give you a more accurate price of delivery.
